Hijri Date Project
The Younis Server Enterprise are introducing the ‘Hijri Date’ Project which is basically a way of trying to encourage Muslims to use the Islamic date on their websites. This project is designed to make it easy for you to include the Hijri Date on your website, blog or whatever you like to call it.
We understand that there are many existing methods to calculate the Hijri Date, however we feel that there is no single source that exists for easy of use of the developer. We are focusing on PHP simply because of its open source nature, however we are looking for submissions of other methods such as Javascript, ASP(.net), C etc. Please try to submit your script to this project for the benefit of others.
We hope that this project will be the sign of more to come, and we also hope that you will make use of these resources in the best manner possible.

Great idea, the website is neat and well organised, but maybe a little more colour wouldnt go awry.
Thanks, due to the large request for the introduction of more colour, we have scheduled to have the site updated very soon.
There are two months in a year that one needs to adjust the Hijri date. This Ramdhan is one of those. Your fomula shows 1st of Ramadhan on 24th of Sept. whereas it would be on 25th of Sept.
How do we correct this error if you use you link?
Best regards,
Nadeem
